Section 17A SARFAESI Act, 2021 (The Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002): Making of application to Court of District Judge in certain cases.

Making of application to Court of District Judge in certain cases.— In the case of a borrower residing in the State of Jammu and Kashmir, the application under section 17 shall be made to the Court of District Judge in that State having jurisdiction over the borrower which shall pass an order on such application.1[17A.
