Impouding of Passport on the allegation of Suppression of Material Information
Got issued the directions to the appellate Authority under Passport Act, from the Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh, to decide the appeal of petitioner in a time bound manner with regard to impounding of passport in arbitrary and wrongly manner.
